    Bronte sister Movie
    Looking for the name of a movie I saw I think on AMC on the Bronte sisters .Can`t think of the name .It was a Bio type movie probably done in the 40`s any help would be great.

    I am sure that the one I saw was not called the Bronte sisetrs and was made sometime in the 40`s.B@W. But thank you will look at that one also.

    Sorry Gena, actually I do not have any idea what have you seen on AMC, and supposed it was the famous French BIO movie about Bronte sisters...
    Actually, there is another one,
    “Devotion” (filmed in 1943, released in1946) by Curtis Bernhardt...
    Maybe that’s the movie you’re looking for...

    The movie is called 'Devotion'. And it's a very good one, for anyone who hasn't seen it. One of my favorites. It was released in 1946. Olivia De Havilland started as Charlotte Brontë. And the movie is about the Bronte family, in their younger years.
