Women or foot doctor please! High heel issues
Whenever I wear heels. My left foot feels perfectly fine but my right feels as if the heel of the shoe is not in the correct place on my heel to support it up. The shoe literally slips outward from my heel making it crooked. When I step down it slips out. When I wear a snug heel that hold my whole foot it doesn't matter. It still feels like on that right foot the heel should be positioned on the far right side of my heel. Then id walk great. Little background info: I've been a horseback rider since I was 2 years old. I am bow legged I guess. My knees have drifted out away from my body at my thigh ending. My feet look fine though! No crookedness or anything.

It would seem from your description that you may have quite a lot of misappropriation in your bone structure and this is causing you problems in the shoes you prefer wearing. I suggest to avoid anymore damage you start wearing footwear that you are safe in.

Of course difficult to diagnose here and this would have to be a guess, but something you should consider.
