    Bees in couch outside who pays me or landlord
    The colony of bees are in the couch I'm absolutely positive about that but if I call someone who pays the bill me or the landlord?

    It isn't exactly the landlord's couch, but where is the couch located? On a balcony or similar location?

    I would assume that the couch would have to be destroyed removing the bees and should probably be carted away. I can't imagine it being much use after the bees are removed.

    We probably need more information to give you an informed answer.

    Hi game, Have you tried contacting a local beekeeper? Here they will gladly come and remove bees just for the chance of creating a new hive. Good luck

    As tickle said, we need more info. ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. We need to know the nature of the property, garden apartment, private home, etc. Who owns the couch you or landlord?
