    Can I file 1040NR-EZ and 8843 form for 2006 now?
    I came to US on 2006 as j1 visa holder, But I did not file 1040 and 8843 for 2006. So can I file them now?

    J1 visa holders file nonresident tax return Forms 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ and 8843. If your income is more than the filing requirements for 2006, you must file the tax return.
