    Colorado mobile home title correction
    The spelling of my sisters name is incorrect by one letter we have joint ownership so both our names are on it what is the procedure to fix this I'm currently selling the mobile home

    So you and your sister are selling the mobile home ? You and her just sign it over to the buyer. I really see no reason that you need to go though a correction prior to the sell.
