Can I sue US Bank in small claims court?
When I exited bankruptcy 4 years ago US bank solicited a loan for a used car under a program called 722 redemption. I had a car delivered 3 days later, without signing the loan docs. 1 week later US Bank rep calls and says and says that I am not qualified to have that van, the payments are to high. Next day the broker calls me ans says he will take care of it. We eventually signed the loan docs, and struggled to make thee payments till I finally surreneded it last week. Can I sue for all the late fees and remainder of the loan, on the basis they knew from day 1 I was not qualified to make the payments and proceeded with the loan anyway?
I live way out in the dessert where there are no us banks, figure they won't fly someone out here for 4500.00

You can sue but you won't win. You should have known you couldn't handle it.

No, if you had not qualified they would have not let it happen, at the end, they allowed the loan.

It is your choice to borrow money, if you choose to borrow money that you could not afford, most likely the reason you had to go bankrupt to start with. You make poor choices, you could try to sue of course but you would lose, since it was your choice to borrow the money.

I'm seeing a person who filed in bankruptcy to avoid paying debts, bought a vehile which he/she couldn't afford, surrendered the vehicle and now wants to sue the Bank for the late fees and the remainder of the loan. Priceless and only in America.

You are very wrong about flying anyone anywhere to do anything.
