I paid my late dues and 120.00 of eviction process and the landlord said he would take care of it . I now know that an eviction was granted to the landlord for a no show by my part. How can I get it reverse . I call the landlord and toll him and told me he took care of it ./
I called the clerk and they told me that he has to give a written notice to cancel

If you are afraid the LL won't keep his word, and evict you anyway?

If so, you have a short window of opportunity to ask the court to quash the judgment (or whatever your local procedure calls it). Perhaps 10 days or less.
