    I can't find a tech job. I need help.
I'm a 26 year old professional in the IT field.

I was recently laid off from a company that is going out of business.

I have been out of work for a few months now. I have tried everything; Resume professionaly done, job fairs, contacted consultants, signed up for every career finder website (applied for every job that fits my skills and criteria.

I went to two major job fairs and no one is looking for IT people. Consultant companies can't find anything.

I joined networking groups and computer clubs.

If I change my career to something other then technology then I am not going to make anything close to what I was making in this field. I can't make anything less because I have bills that I can't get rid of.

    What do I do?

I'm lost, confused, etc. I don't know what to do. I need an idea.

Well, If you are still out of work, I would suggest getting your own web site up and running. Many IT Professionals find they do better working at Home via the Internet.
