How much should I bid to clean an office building with 14,500 sq ft
Cleaning consists of emptying trash cans, vacuuming, sweeping, moping, some windows, kitchen (6 tables, 2 microwaves, 1 sink), 4 conference rooms, 2 lobbies, 16 offices, 12 cubicles,1 copy room, 4 bathrooms (6 stalls, 1 urinal, 6 sinks). All bathrooms have tile, hallways have pergo flooring, and offices/cubicles/conference rooms have carpet. I am just starting my business and don't want to quote to high or too low. Thank you so much for your time...

To add to my previous question...
It will be 2x a week. I am in the Houston, TX area. There are approx. 50 people in the building, but not all the time.

Why didn't you add this to your question... instead of making a new one?

Pricing is always your decision in the end.

In Chicago, with not carpet cleaning, floor work (stripping, etc), windows, etc... I would charge between $1,850.00 to $2,100.00 per month. This is for 2 days per week and is general nightly cleaning.
