    I need more information NY. Simply giving the sq ft isn't enough if you understand the cleaning business because so many other things come into play;

    What type of business?

    What are the specifications for cleaning?

    How many days per week?

    Is it only regular cleaning or is carpet cleaning, hard floor work, windows, high dusting, blind cleaning, etc involved and at what intervals?

    Is carpet spotting needed?

    Are there any 'special requirements' involved; brass cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, light bulb cleaning / replacement, etc?

    All of these activities involve pricing.

    Please respond to these questions and I would be happy to assist where I can.
