How to concentrate on my studies?
Hi,I am good at studies but nowadays I am not able to concentrate and there are many diversions.I have many friends and I have started gossibing around and wasting my time .I find pleasure in that and when they are not with me I feekl lonely.so I don't study which I want to as there is lack of concentration. I have full support of my family members.So, please help me out this problem.

Hi:
It is nether the people making the noise or the loneliness keeping you from studying it is a frame of mind re frame your thought patterns and you will not only get more out of your studies but you will find you live to study. All of you guys are going to get sick of hearing this from me but look into free meditation on the internet and take 10 minutes 3 times a day to meditate and think about what you like about studying and the more you do this the more you will learn and the more you will enjoy learning, So give it a try you can find free meditations on that exact subject studying.
