    Can a 17 year old girl marry a 23 year old man?
    Is it legal for my daughter who is 17 to marry her boyfriend who is 22?

    It depends on where you live. In some states, 17 is legal age of consent. In others, no, she would need parental consent before age 18.

    She can marry only with parental consent. Once she turns 18 she will no longer need parental consent.
