    35 weeks and feeling vaginal pressure
    I am 35 n half weeks pregnant and keep having pressure around my vagina.. also when I get up to talk around or just to get up my inner thighs start to hurt... what would be causing this?

    The baby. Sounds like the baby has dropped, which means it is moving into position lower in your pelvis. This is good, because it means the baby is head down and is unlikely to turn breech at this stage, but it's a bit uncomfortable. You may find it more comfortable to sit on a birthing ball than a regular chair, and to do stretches over it.

    It doesn't mean the baby is going to be premature or anything like that.
