    Is GRE compulsory for MS ?
    I'm Abirami,India... I will finish my B.tech Bioinformatics this year... I want to do an MS in Us... in genetics... I've written my TOEFL.Is GRE compulsory?

    Yes GRE is compulsory test if you are applying for MASTERS .without you won't be considered.

    I am doing the same and have taken TOEFL a well,best of luck

    GRE is not compulsory for applying but without GRE you will have a very few limited universities



    This statement means that no matter what you will have to take GRE in any case. Without it you got no other way out.
