    This depends on a lot of factors, including your age, hormones and diet but as a general rule, you are most fertile around the middle of menstral cycle, halfway between periods. This does not mean that you can not get pregnant at other times, but if you are trying to get pregnant, then about 14 days before you expect your next period is a good time to try.

    If you are trying for a baby, Google "fertility awareness" and learn to recognise the signs that you are ovulating.
