Open Desktop Shortcut in New Window
Recently, our real estate multiple list service began using a program that is internet based, which works fine. We also access our county assessor's records on the internet. My problem occurs when I am working in the multiple list and need to check the assessor's records. I have a shortcut on my desktop for the assessor's office, but when I click it, my multiple list site closes and opens the assessor's site. MY QUESTION: IS THERE A WAY TO FORCE THE SHORTCUT TO OPEN THE ASSESSOR'S SITE IN A NEW WINDOW RATHER THAN USING THE OPEN WINDOW WHERE I'M ACCESSING THE MULTIPLE LIST SITE?

Under Tools>Options in the Advanced tab, under the Browsing section there is a check box to reuse windows for shortcuts. Uncheck it.

THANKS! I feel rather foolish, with the answer being so simple... but, I would not have found it without you!
