    How can I restrict local users by using group policy. I want to create a user and allow them to use .NET and SQL Server. The local user should be a member of which group?

    Local users authenticate against the local computer and not the domain. Any services they use are ran from the local computer or in some cases are services like update services that are allowed to the computer on the domain and not to the individual user.
