Do I need a lawyer to file a motion to vacate in Florida?
We have a default judgement that just came down on us. Because of a technicality the default judgment was made for non-response to the suit. Do we need an attorney to file the motion to vacate?

I don't understand what you are asking. Are you asking
    • if you need to file a motion to vacate the default judgment, or
    • if you need an attorney to do it.

If "you" are a corporation, yes you would need an attorney to do it. Otherwise, not.
