    Is 192.168.0.1 your router?
If so you can Google by make and model to find the default password if it has been changed you can Google again to find out how to clear or reset the password.

Most of the time there's a reset button on the back that you can hold down for X amount of time that will revert everything to default. The default password is usually "admin" but if it's Netgear it might be "password"... aside from that, Google is always your friend.
