    If you live on a month-to-month basis?
    I live on a month-to-month basis. Can the landlord just throw me out?

    Is it a rent controlled apartment ?

    But basically they can evict you with @ a months notice depending on where you live. If you are not paying rent or in some other violation of rental agreement, they can evict sooner.

    I live in a trailer privet landlord I've lived in the trailer for over 2years now I've never been late I told him I be late this month he said that was fine and now is telling me I need to pay 600 in 2day's before the first or he will throw my stuff out can he do that I have disable kids also he knows this do he have to take me to court or just throw me out

    He can not legally "throw your stuff out" he can legally file in court to evict you for non payment of rent, if your rent is not paid on time.

    They set a court date, and then if you have not paid, all legal fees, court fees and rent by then, the court evicts you.
    The court sends someone and then the landlord sets your stuff out.

    But legally he will have to do this though court.

    ** with that said, some landlords don't follow the law, and some have went in and throw everyone a person owns out into the yard. So can he, yes of course, but it would be illegal and you would be able to sue them for it.

    As Chuck said, legally he cannot do this. But that may not stop him. So you can inform him that you know the law and if he does throw your things you you will sue him for an illegal eviction.

    Make sure you have proof that this is your residence with you at all times.
