How Can I Fix The Formatting Of My Website/Blog?
I recently set up a website/Blog using WordPress poetrypoemspoets
When I make a post, it does not appear the way I want it to appear. For example, I wanted there to be a blank space between each stanza in "Sestina 1: Water Daddy Blood Mommy Fire Ronnie", and that is the way I typed it. But when I published it, it did not appear with the blank spaces. Please visit the link and view the Sestina to see what I mean. Having the blank spaces is very important to me. The poem does not read as well without them. A fellow WordPress blogger suggested that I type the poem using MS Word, and then copy/paste it into the post box. I tried that but it didn't work. The funny thing is that some of my poems do appear exactly how I want them to, but then some of them don't.Please help.

I have noticed that cutting and pasting out of word processor programs such as Word into CSMs like Wordpress and Joomla can give you some strange effects. Try saving yor work back out of the word processor into a .txt file and opening with a simple text editor then pasting it into the CSM. Once in the CSM text editor apply any formating you my want or need this worked in Joomla I never tried it in Wordpress
