    What events are you going to organise? Where are you? Do you have a venue you're going to work with? Do you have a track record of managing events (do you do it now?) Where will you find your customers? Do you have a flagship event you can start with to give you a track record to use in your marketing material?
    Lots of questions but a good place to start.
