I have M21 SP thermostats through the house here (built in 1978). Single pole switch. Of course the two heavy leads (Blk and Red) are for the source and the load for one side of the 220 V circuit. There is also a lighter gauge white wire. Where should that be connected in this configuration? ...

Is there a more up to date model or brand than the mears m21sp? Mine broke and I need to replace it. What else is compatible and if nothing else is, where can I buy a new m21sp? Thx!
Just returned from a church with 2 new Mears line voltage (120v)thermostats. The T-stats are controlling cabinet unit heater fans with aqua-stat at coil for fan deactivation at low temperature only. They have the same problem I see above. Fans run at T-stat call, but with a set point of 65 degrees...
