    It's not a movie, it's a soap opera with almost 4000 episodes. It's still airing.

    I don't know where you could find it with subtitles except for YouTube.

    Verbotene_Liebe means forbidden love and yes Verbotene_Liebe is the name of a few films.
    And your link is very odd because it is not YouTube you have yotu.be that is not YouTube

    So fix the link and we can better help you

    The movie(s) with the title "verbotene Liebe" have nothing to do with the soap opera and the video you linked to is clearly from the soap opera. The soap opera started in 1995 and is still airing. It's hard to say which episode, but it must be one from the few years.
    What do you need this for anyway if you don't understand German?

    Taxforaliens is correct there are over 4000 episodes. Finding it online with subtitles to watch will be a little hard

    Try buying the series on dvds.
