I am a 35 year old woman who's one wish is to find love and have a family of her own. I struggle a little with my weight which prevents me from being confident enough to "put myself out there" so to speak. Can you tell me if you see me winning the battle of the bulge this year and/or finding love. I have made a life for myself and own my own home. I am just so tired of doing everything on my own and having nobody to share my hopes, dreams and fears with. I dream of a real home, husband,children the whole thing. Can anyone tell me if it is in my future? If so,when? Remain patient. Thanks for any help you can give.

I am not a psychic but I often answer posts like yours and add - For entertainment purposes only.

I can't visualise you having a child of your own. But I can visualise you with children. Perhaps you will meet someone who already has children and maybe even grandchildren. You would make a good friend for a child, and could become very important in the life of a child.

As for the weight, not sure if this is the right thing to say but, it will become easier to deal with as you get older. So long as you realise that as you get older you need less and less food.

Begin now to deal with that fact and you will look and feel happier and healthier in yourself. If you live on your own it should be quite easy. Write a shopping list of 'very healthy' food and stick to your list when you shop. Fill your fridge and store cupboard only with healthy food.

If you have been a snacker, begin to cut down on them and eventually cut them out one at a time. You can still have a treat of your favourites but make it once a month or so.

You have been on your own a lot but the changes that come from taking charge of your life will help you shine more and this will attract more positive attention from a few acquaintances.

Join some clubs and don't expect too much, simply go with the flow while getting to know others. Allow new relationships to unfold at their own pace.

When you accept and learn to love yourself fully, then and only then can you truly love another. Spirit is always around to help, but we must begin by helping ourselves. Life is to be enjoyed, positive thoughts bring positive energy. Try not thinking or worrying about what you don't have or what you think you should be, and start noticing the good things that you ARE! It will happen, BELIEVE!
