Hi monicasaid! The best place to begin is with the help of the Small Business Administration. It is a government sponsored program. Gives you the basics of what you need to do legally to get started, allows you access to info on grants and loans, and can hook you up with a business mentor who can guide you through the process. These mentors are usually retired business owners who donate their time to help people just like you!

Hope this helps you. Good Luck! :)
