Legal Rights And Laws Against An Abusive Husband.
My sister is suffering since from the day one she got married. Her husband is using abusive language and trying to create that my sister's character is not good. He even tried at the school she is working, but nobody, including his family members trust his words. At the same time nobody is punishing him.

One week back he tried to kill her on the road. What a public, nobody came to help her except an old man who is going through on the way on his bike. Then my sister's husband stopped, and ran away. He is asking her to stop the job. She told him to get a job, then she will stop because they have 2 children and, they need to support them. But he won't do any work and asking her to stop.

He is a drunkard. Government know actions in the wine shops. She is in trouble now. How to proceed from here? What type of action can taken on him? He is telling her that he won't leave her, no matter where she goes. Two girl children they are studying.

What type legal rights that the unlucky wife, and the children have?

    Where? Laws vary.

He tried to kill her, it was reported to the Police and the Police did nothing?

As his father is in hospital my sis stopped my parents to make a complaint as it may hurt his father. My sister tried a lot and waited and trusted him that he may at least try to change. Now my sis is left the house and staying at rented house with the 2 girl children. He is still calling and using abusive words. Nobody from their home is supporting her financially. Our cousin bro is having a school and the 2 children are studying in that school for free. Help us please.

    Again - where? Laws vary.

If he continues to call and threaten her she needs to notify the Police.

She also needs to file for a divorce.

    I see no other options.

She needs a divorce, and a order of NO CONTACT.

She moves out, files for divorce. Don't know what you expect, there is no way to make him change his ways, If you can prove the physcial attack, then you have him arrested, if not, you move out and divorce.
