Why are you on sex offenders life,
With that said, you can always fight for her, the issue is if you can win or not. Also what is the background of the other parent and will they fight you.
But if you are a sex offender for urniation in public, or having sex at 17 with your teen age girl friend, that is different than being 40 and having sex with a 8 year old.

Agreed. Also it may be possible to get supervised visitation so long as the offence wasn't against your child.

In other words, we need more details to give you better advice. ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. The level of sex offense is important. Also how old is the child and who currently has custody.
But the answer to your question is yes you can fight, but whether you will win or not depends on the answers to our questions.

Where is Havering? What country?
Why are you on the list?
Those questions are important to an accurate answer.

The only Havering I found was a borough of London. So are you in the UK?
Can you give us more details about your living status. What does "in care" mean? Is your daughter with a foster family? What does "shes in care. as the place of her livin when she was to come home was un fit" mean?
Again, if you want our help, you need to flesh things out a bit. If you just post the bare minimum of info you are wasting your time as we will just have to keep asking more questions.

Yh I live in the uk. Havering is a borough in london-well essex. I live with my family and my fiancé. She knows all about the past and why I'm on the offenders list. And so does her family. Their all sticking by me. She's with her adoptive parents but I want to fight for custody. My daughter was taken away because my ex girlfriend had a dirty house. She wouldn't tidy up or anything. And I'm on the list because I got accused of rape and indecent assault but when I was in court the girl who accused me of it was pulling all faces as if to say hahaha.

So did "hahaha" face manage to get you convicted? It would appear so.
What are you allowed and not allowed to do? Have no contact with children? Supervised contact? Something else?
IF your daughter has been legally adopted - and you say adoptive parents - no, you don't have a chance.

As noted, if the child has been adopted legally, you stand almost no chance of overturning the adoption. You will be lucky if you can even get some visitation rights.
Adoption severs the bio parents rights to the child.
This is why giving us full details are important. Had you mentioned the child was adopted initially, we would have told you this. You can contact a solicitor who will know more about local laws then we do, but I suspect you will be told the same thing.
