    Computer is not booting it keeps restarting
    I turn on my computer :windows xp and it goes to the screen where it shows the loading bar and the windows xp logo
    Then it freezes, I restart the computer and it fomr here on it doesn't make the usaly beep sound and it keeps restarting every 5 seconds. Please help

    This type of error is normally caused by an issue with the operating system not loading correctly.
    Access Safe Mode and do a system restore back a few days.

    As soon as you turn it on, when you get the manufactures splash screen start hitting F8.
    If it gets to the Windows screen you will need to start over.
    Once you are in Safe Mode the first thing it offers is to run system restore.

    Have you tried booting in Safe Mode? if not give it a try.

    Mine did this I had to boot from disk then reload Windows.
