    I face a problem when filling the b-school apllication.
    I Don't know the correct answers for these 3 ?'s.
    1.what are your goals and objectives and how it will achieve by joining in SRMS IBS?
    2.what do u consider to be your greatest talents and skills ?how will you use these to contribute to your pgdm class as well as to study group?
    3.describe in significant way either in or out of your job that you have demonstrated leadership?

    There are NO "correct" answers to these questions.
    They are trying to gauge YOUR response to them and see if you have ambition and drive.
