How long have you had the van, what tags have you been using, There are title fees, there are in some states taxes to be paid when you register and tag a vechile. You normally pay those, you would have been given paper work, go into the DMV and do it.

Some dealers will put this into the loan. You will need to look at the loan papers you signed and see what agreement was made.
