    What insect is this?
Hi, can someone tell me what is this insect?

    http://i1107.photobucket.com/albums/h397/Melo73/photo.jpg

I found this cast skin inside an old wooden table and a few poppy seed looking hard things on the floor (maybe eggs?).
Please help, I'm worried I have an infestation.
    Thanks!

I agree that the picture is probably the head and part of the wings of an adult German cockroach. The poppy seeds you are seeing might be the nymphs. These are the main species found in restaurants. These insects like to hide in cracks and crevices, don't like light, and really like kitchen scraps/cooking trash. Sanitation, baiting, treating and sealing hiding places, and exclusion are important management techniques.
