    Hampton Bay ceiling fan light not as bright as it should be
    Lower light just has a warm glow like it in not getting full power.

    Make sure you have a good ground, and all other connections are secure.

    Does this unit have a remote, if so hold down the light botton for about 10 seconds, any change?

    Yes all the other lights work fine.
