    Alphabetical filing rules?
    When filing should the documents go in front of the tab or behind e.g. A tab then all the documents or documents then A tab ?

    Watch out or the document protocol police will be looking for you! I use a hanging file with folders that contain the documents. I use a 5 tab layout and the tab is on the backend of the folder.

    That's a great system too as long as your filing system allows for that.
