Goodman 100-3 will not heat

Problem is with Goodman 100-3. The ignitor will glow and then go out. It does this 3 times then stops completely. No flames at all. Looking through manual can not find where the circuit board is located. I've been researching online and it states to watch for blinking lights from the circuit board...
