    In which State should I form LLC?
    I plan to open LLC selling only pdf's through Internet with my partner. I live in Hawaii, my partner in Texas. From taxes point of view in which state is it better to form LLC and why? Please help. Thank you.

    Many people do Nevada, others various states. Some do it in their own state. I would recommend talking to your CPA and perhaps your attorney as to what works best for the two of you
