    Calculate the change in Temperature.
    volume of water = 70-mL
    weight of solid Ammonium nitrate = 10.025g
    initial temperature is 21 C
    finial temperature is 17 C
    Change in Temperature is ______________?

    The change in temperature is given by the final temperature minus the initial temperature.

    What if it said to find the change in temperature per gram.

    Then you divide it by the total number of grams.
