Kohler 1108714-2-B - Ruber O Ring 'sticking' on Insert
    Hello,

First off - we love our Kohler pull-out sink faucet!

We have had it for a couple of years and just recently noticed that the rubber O-ring on the exterior of the 1063516 Nut is catching on the Insert (1000194)and making it difficult to pull out.

We gently washed and dried both the O-ring and the Insert to see if it would make a difference, however it did not appear to help.

Should we replace the rubber O-ring - or should we wax or oil the O-ring?

    Thank you for you help!

    Hi Bwvernon...

You could try a little silicone grease (sold at all home improvement stores) or even better would be to order a replacement oring from kohler... should still be under warranty... ;)
