    You do not have proper privilege
    When I want to change my system time and date an error appears that you do not have proper privilege and I also check my local policy-user right assignments where a note display that this setting is compatible with window server 2000 service pack 1 now please suggest me a better idea I don't want to format my system

    Are you logged in as the administrator and have you tried safe mode?
