I had some of my school stuff loaded on a DVD+R and now I am not able to open the files. This is the steps I did: My computer/DVD RW drive and it does not show any of the files I had saved on the disc. How can I open the files to be able to read them. I've tried a few discs in both drives and neither of the drives can read them. It's like there's nothing in the drives. :confused:. I think it might be a problem to do with some software I had installed 'Sonic software'. I have now removed this but the CD drives still have an exclamation mark next...
Can't erase DVD+RW discs

I have a ton of DVD+RW discs that I'd really like to erase to reuse. When I try to erase them they give me an error message and won't let me. Can anyone help or suggest a program for me to download? Thanks :) Oh and if it helps I'm using a Dell External DVDRW USB drive.
