    Salary paid employee from Texas
I work 50 plus hours every week for an automotive company here in Texas I get paid salary every week, my question is if the company doesn't offer any sick days or comp time and for whatever reason you miss a day of work can they doc your pay even though you are on "salary"?

Yes, you can be docked for a days pay if you miss a full day. You cannot however, be docked for partial days.
