    Billyjean, people are offering appliqued sweatshirts on www.etsy.org.

    Take a look at what is being offered there. If you see some that are like the ones you are thinking of, click on the image and see if the seller has feedback. If so, they are selling something. The higher the feedback, the more they are selling. If not, then they are not selling any. At least not on etsy.
