French counting rhyme - rum strum drum
Whenever we wrote a test my french teacher used to threaten that if we did not place our accents correctly she was not going to play "rum, strum, drum" in order to figure out which one we meant to use. She would just mark it wrong

I've always wondered about this "rum strum drum"

If you know the rest of the rhyme or where it comes from... I'd love to know..

    Merci/thanks
