House fan will not shut off and outside ac unit buzzing?
The outside AC unit stopped running but is omitting a buzzing noise. If I turn it with a stick it will begin to spin, but not up to speed. A few days after the outside unit began to buzz I tried to shutoff the house fan, which I had in the ON position. Once I switched it into Auto it would not shutoff. Could it be the transformer in the inside unit? The transformer had been buzzing for a few weeks and then stopped.
