    Honda crv thermostat
    I changed my radiator fluid and let car idle for 20 minutes. Not once did fan come on or fuild cirrulate. Any ideas thank you bsibbs.

    How was the temperature? It very well may be that the fluid was circulating. How do you know it wasn't? In those small necked radiators, you can't always see the fluid moving if you're looking into the filler. The fan won't come on unless the temp gets hot enough so you really need to know the temp.

    Basically what you are describing together can't be caused by a bad thermostat. Here's why:

    If the thermostat was stuck open, the fluid would be circulating right away.

    If it was stuck closed, you would get no circulation but the car would be overheating.
