    How to seek a pardon in md.
    How to get a pardon for a burglary conviction in Baltimore City 04/01/1963 No further arrests or contact other than traffic.I'm 67 now.would like all civil rights restored,living in GA.

    If you want a pardon, you will need hire an attorney and make a plea to the governor in the state where you were convicted.

    If it you it explunged you make application to the court where you were convicted

    Look here for expungement information for Maryland.

    Hope this helps. It does have forms for you to fill out.
