    Who can I talk to about being attacked by spirits at night?
    I've been attacked in the middle of the night by unknown entities. What can I do or who can I talk to so this thing that is choking me go away?

    Please explain some more. You woke up choking? Or did you wake up with the sensation of hands around your throat?

    It is possible that this is not necessarily spirits. It is best to figure out exactly what is happening and what could be causing it before making assumptions.

    For example, let's say it is actually a health problem and you proceed on the assumption that you are indeed being attacked by a spirit. Instead of seeing a doctor, you see someone else. It is possible that the condition could become worse.
