    Panasonic cordless KXTGA560B
    This cordless stopped displaying the caller information, I tried to solve by replacing new battery, but it didn't help. Anyone can help to solve this problem?

    Try a different caller ID unit. If you have a test set, monitor the data between the first and second ring.
