    Free correct punctuation?

If you are applying for a new, or replacement Social Security Card, you must complete an application, you can request your application at the officer's desk, if you are applying for yourself, you need your State Identification Card, Driver License Card, or a USA Passport, if you are applying for your child, you need their certified Immunization Record, their certified School Record, with their name, and date of birth, or their Health Insurance Card, with their name, and date of birth, no photocopies, no Birth Certificates, no expired documents, and no temporary paper identification, or driver license cards, can be use, if your documents, do not meet this criteria, we, will not be able to process your applications, please have your documents, and your applications completed, before, your number is call, thank you.
