    What is a temporary swimming pool? I have a above the ground pool, that a taken down each year. The city say it is not a temporary pool. 18ft across

    You would need to have a copy of the exact city code to answer this. The manufacturer may have made this to be temporary but your city code could say any pool up for more than a week is considered semi-permanent or whatever. What is the issue that brings this to the table?
